TEXAS COMMON COURSE NUMBERING SYSTEM

The Texas Common Course Numbering System (TCCNS) is a cooperative effort amont Texas community colleges and universities to assist in the transfer of freshman- and sophomore-level general academic coursework. For instance, if you earned credit for History at a participating community college, you can transfer that credit to a participating four-year university. At present, 110 instituions of higher learning in Texas participate in the TCCNS. For a list of participating institutions or the coursework transferable under this plan, click on the links below.
