This web site reflects a suggested sequence for the requirements of each approved degree program. Each degree requires a 43 hour core of courses called University Studies. University Studies are an essential element in the educational process that results in professional success, personal growth, and responsible citizenship. In this process, students have the opportunity to acquire knowledge, learn reasoning and communication skills, examine their goals, values, and potentialities, and develop an enduring commitment to learning through both formal and informal educational experiences.

Please consult an advisor for any degree requirement questions. Advisors are available within each College to advise students who are not TSI complete or are Basic Skills incomplete. Once you complete TSI requirements and are basic skills complete you will be assigned a faculty advisor within your major department, who will help you complete your degree requirements until graduation. We recommend that you consult your faculty advisor periodically during your academic career to make certain your degree requirements are aligned with your personal goals.
