Fitness and Recreational Activity courses fulfill the university studies requirement
of two one-hour physical activity courses. All courses listed below are one semester hour. Courses may not be repeated for credit except
by permission of the department head. Equipment necessary for the participation
in most courses will be furnished by the Department of Health and Human Performance.
Students are responsible for the appropriate attire and footwear for participation.
