Social Work 275 - Human Behavior and the Social Environment I (Three semester hours)

Examines biophysical, psychological, and behavioral domain of human development. Individual and families' interactions with the environment are emphasized during each phase of the life cycle: infancy and early childhood, adolescence and young adulthood, middle adulthood, and the later years. Major theories to underpin assessment and intervention with individual and family client systems are presented within the broader context of a systems approach.

Prerequisite: Psychlogy 131. Concurrent enrollment with Social Work 250.
