Athletic Training 479 - Clinical Experience in Athletic Training VI (One semester hour)

This internship is designed to provide athletic training majors a directed field experience with assessment and evaluation of general medical conditions. The student will be exposed to a variety of health care facilities and professionals. An allied-health or medical clinical instructor will supervise the student during this field-based internship. Mastery of clinical skills will be required to complete the internship. Participation in clinical experiences in on and off-campus facilities is required. Transportation will be needed. Course fees are applied and are listed in the class schedule.

Prerequisite: Athletic Training 239.
