
| Fitness and Recreational Activity 164 - Yoga (One semester hour) Instruction in the techniques and benefits of yoga. Learning skills will include postures (asanas), breathing,a nd relaxation techniques. Improved flexibility, strength, muscle tone, and concentration will be emphasized. Note: This course fulfills partial requirements for the Fitness and Recreational Activity portion of the University Studies. |
