Management 493 - Staffing and Research (Three semester hours)

This course provides an in-depth study of the staffing process which involves moving people into, through ,and eventually, out of the organization. The primary emphasis is on human resource planning, recruitment, selection, appraisal, and employment laws, especially equal employment opportunity. Further attention is given to the role of research in the management function.

Prerequisite: Junior standing, Management 394.
