| Management 333 - Legal Environment of Human Resources (Three semester hours) Major employment legislation
affecting personal and business decisions will be examined. Emphasis will
be placed on the Civil Rights Act of 1964, as amended, the American with
Disabilities Act and Age Discrimination in the Employment Act. Other topics
will include sexual harassment, affirmative action, comparable worth and
means of dispute resolution. |
