Finance 400 - Principles of Investments (Three semester hours)

Introduction to the basic principles of investing in debt and equity securities which includes: the study of the behavior of securities markets; mechanics of security analysis and investing; economic affects on prices resulting from dynamic political, social and regulator influences on the financial environment; and risks, such as those caused by influences of international changes in demographic diversity of the world's countries on domestic securities markets.

Prerequisite: Finance 304.
