Sociology 332 - Intermediate Methods of Sociological Analysis (Four semester hours; 3 lecture, 1 lab)

The course is an in-depth examination of the research methods used by sociologists. The selection of appropriate research methods, ethical and practical issues, data collection and preparation, analytical techniques, an introduction to the computer and computer software, and evaluation research are some of the topics to be covered.

Prerequisites Sociology 1301,and Sociology 331 or Social Work 350, and MATH 1314 or MATH 1324 or Math 179.
