Sociology 1306 (SOCI 1306) - Social Problems (Three semester hours)

A critical discussion of the sociological perspective on studying descriptions, causes and prevention of social problems such as crime, metal illness, drug abuse, environmental degradation, poverty, terrorism, and declining quality of life in today's world. May be used for sociology majors or as a university study course.

Note: This course fulfills partial requirements for the Social & Behavioral Science portion of the University Studies.
