Physics 319 - Scientific Computing (Three semester hours)

Applications of computers in scientific research. Topics to be covered include molecular dynamics simulations, Monte Carol simulations, genetic algorithms, and animations for visulation of results.

Prerequisites: Physics 2425 and Computer Science 151 or consent of instructor.
