Theatre 340 - History of the Theatre I (Three semester hours)

Detailed study of the development of all phases of theatre art and drama from its origins to Elizabethan Theatre. Includes study of theatre plants, plays and major dramatic movements.

Prerequisite: Theatre 1310 or permission of the instructor.

Note: This course fulfills requirements for the Visual & Performing Arts portion of the University Studies.
