Earth Science 203 - History of the Earth (Four semester hours - 3 lecture, 2 lab)

Summary of the physical and biological history of the earth, with emphasis on North America; sequence of physical geological events and evolutionary changes in life. Laboratory includes the reconstruction of geologic history of various regions through interpretation of geologic maps, structure sections and simple paleontological
techniques. Field trip included.
