The Department of Music is an accredited member of the National Association of Schools of Music and the Texas Association of Music Schools. The department offers two undergraduate degrees with majors in music (Bachelor of Science and Bachelor of Music) and two master's degrees with majors in music (Master of Music and Master of Science). The Department of Music also offers a minor in music for students majoring in other disciplines.
