The Council meets regularly to advise the Provost and Vice President for Academic and Student Affairs on day-to-day operations and functions of the Division of Academic and Student Affairs. Membership includes the associate vice-president for academic and student affairs, deans of the academic colleges and the graduate school, dean of student affairs, and dean of enrollment management.
