All faculty applications for funding from sources outside the university must be approved by the Dean of Graduate Studies and Research, Provost and Vice President of Academic and Student Affairs, and the President of the University.It is to be understood that all external grants are made to the University, not to the individual submitting the request, and all proposals for external funding must make clear the nature of any University commitment.
