| The office of Intercultural Services and Greek Life, located in the Student Life Office, has the responsibility for servicing the needs of a culturally diverse student body population, as well as educating the general population. The programs and activities provide opportunities for students to enhance their growth as individuals, encourage academic success and community service. Some events sponsored and co-sponsored by Intercultural Services/Greek Life include V.I.S.I.O.N.S., African American History Month, Hispanic Awareness Week, Cinco de Mayo, Martin Luther King Celebration, and Greek Week.
The Greek system at Texas A&M University-Commerce is unique; it is smaller than most, making it more personal.  A Greek organization has many benefits to offer students at a school such as A&M-Commerce.  Students who belong to a Greek organization have the opportunity to develop special friendships, participate in service projects, improve leadership skills, maintain scholastic excellence, and participate in social and sports events.
Various cultural and Greek organizations fall under the Office of Intercultural Services, and they are represented as such: |
