If you have an interest in pursuing a career in the space program, then you are eligible for the prestigious Columbia Crew Scholarship at Texas A&M University-Commerce! Preference will be given to students whose parent(s) are employed by L-3/ComCept. A minimum high school GPA of 3.0 is also required.
If you meet the scholarship criteria, you may be eligible for a possible scholarship of $19,000! (includes stipend for student worker position)
Two students will be selected to receive this scholarship. Please complete the University application along with a 1000-2500 word essay describing why you are choosing a career that supports the challenging new frontier of space and provide recommendation letters from two teachers/counselors and one community member.

Recipient must be enrolled in a minimum of 12 hours each semester and course enrollment is to include math, science & technology. In order to maintain this scholarship a 3.0 GPA w/3.25 in student’s designated major is required.
