Duplicate Diploma Request

Students may order Duplicate Diplomas in the following ways: 

1. Come by the Office of the Registrar on the first floor of the McDowell Business Administration Building and fill out a request.



2. Complete the Duplicate Diploma Request Form and mail to the Office of the Registrar along with the following: 


$30 check made payable to  Texas A & M–Commerce - Financial Services

Social Security Number
Date of Graduation (mm/dd/yyyy)
Degree Received
Number of Diplomas Requested
Daytime  Phone Number
Name (As you wish to appear on your diploma)
