Hello Texas A&M-Commerce Community! I am so excited to be here at the Morris Recreation Center! I hope to meet as many new people as possible here and contribute all I have to the Morris Recreation Center.
I was born and raised in Colorado. I graduated from Colorado State University (GO RAMS) and worked at the Student Recreation Center for four years. This is my first time to Texas, and I love it already. I don’t even think I’ll miss the 6 feet snow storms that were common in Colorado. I have danced and performed for over 17 years and it has been a smooth transition into the fitness field. Besides dancing, I LOVE to golf, hike, scrap booking, and laugh while doing them all!! I am full of energy, so if you need a pick me up, come in to say hello to this lady who thinks ketchup is spicy.
You can be expecting this year’s fitness programs getting only bigger and better. I want as many suggestions and ideas you have, because we are here for you!! I want fitness to be a part of everyone’s life and our programs to enable everyone to make healthy habits possible, not a burden. Come into the Recreation center and you will find a home on campus.
