Fitness Zone Orientation
Let one of our Fitness Zone attendants introduce you to our equipment and show you how to use each piece (cardio equipment, pin-select/free weight equipment, core strength equipment)…free-of-charge.
 
 
 
 
Fitness Assessment
A Personal Trainer will assess your fitness level in each of the 5 dimensions of physical fitness: cardiovascular endurance, muscular strength, muscular endurance, flexibility and body composition. A nominal fee is required.
 
 
 
 
Personal Training Sessions
A Personal Trainer will develop, assist and motivate you to increase your fitness level through personalized workouts. Sessions last approximately one hour. A fee is required … see our menu of Packages.
