How do I get started?

Step #1
Stop by the Member Service Desk, Morris Recreation Center (MRC), to get a Registration Packet or download a Registration Packet Please download all of the files, and complete the forms, and use the other materials for your own reference:

Cancellation Policy, Client Data Questionnaire, Fee Schedule, Goals Questionnaire, Informed Consent, Medical Clearance, Medical Health Status Questionnaire, Par- Q Medical Status, Release of Liability, Why hire a Personal Trainer?
 
 
 
 
Step #2

Complete the Packet and turn it in to Connie Kercher at the Morris Recreation Center.

 
 
 
 
Step #3
Once your paperwork has been received, you will be contacted within 5 business days to set up your fitness assessment (this is based on trainer availability and schedules).
 
 
 
 

Step #4

Prior to attending your fitness assessment, you must pay for all sessions at the Member Services Desk (MRC). We gladly accept cash, check, LionCASH or credit card.
