Aikido
Martial art class to teach the basics of Aikido (Fee attached, more information at the MRC Front Desk)
 
       
 
AB LAB
This class focuses on the lower abs, oblique's, lower back and core...guaranteed to be more interesting then any lab you have taken!
 
       
 
ABs &Arms
Come try a 45 minute class that will strengthen your core and uppers body in one effective class!  
       
 
Boot Camp
I don't know what you’ve been told, but you will get your heart rate up with non-choreographed drills that work on endurance, strength and agility.
 
       
 
Cardio Step
Start the morning off right with a fun and exciting step class to get the blood pumping for the rest of the day! All levels welcome and bring a friend!
 
       
 
Instructional
These classes rotate throughout the semester. Keep your eyes out for flyers for more information.
 
       
 
Morning Pilates
Lengthen and strengthen your entire body and experience a unique style of fitness.
 
       
 
Step Energy
Energize your body with this cardio base step class that is appropriate for all levels!
 
       
 
Step N' Core
Enjoy a combination of rocking’ step combinations and core exercises to achieve a full body work out!
 
       
 
Step N' Lower Body Sculpt
This class will get your heart rate up with combinations of cardio and strength exercises... You will never be bored in this class.  
       
 
Sunrise Yoga
Enjoy an energizing and awakening yoga practice to prepare you for a balanced day! Yoga Quotes
 
       
 
Tae Kwon Do
This class will demonstrate and instruct Tae Kwon Do basics to develop confidence and an array of martial arts skills. (Fee attached, more information at the MRC Front Desk)
 
       
 
Total Body Tone
Enjoy this head to toe toning class using bands, weights and various strength training exercises for the entire body.
 
       
 
X-Bike
The ride will begin with a warm up on the bike and lead you into various drills of hills, climbs and sprints! (Meet on MRC Track)
 
       
 
Yoga Flow
Flow into a great yoga practice including poses to lengthen and center your whole body. Yoga Quotes
 
       
 
Zen Yoga
This class will wrap up the end of the week with a feeling of calmness and tranquility through meditation and peaceful yoga poses. Yoga Quotes
