AB LAB
This 30 minute class focuses on abdominal and lower back muscles. A great way to challenge and improve your core strength.
 
       
 
Circuit Training
If you want variety in your workout, this class is for you. You'll never get bored with this fast-paced format that keeps your heart rate up and increases strength.
 
       
 
Core for Climbers
Train your core in a whole new way! Work muscles specific to climbing, running, and a variety of sports.
 
       
 
Cycle Sculpt
An outdoor mountain biking experienced fused with strength moves for a total body workout. Bring a towel because this class will make you SWEAT! Meet at the MRC Track.
 
       
 
Happy Hour
