Group Fitness brings a different kind of aspect to exercise. If you have never taken a Group Fitness class before, we encourage you to find one that interests you. We offer several types of cardiovascular classes, resistance training classes, mind/body classes as well as, specialty classes. Each class offers a warm-up, workout portion appropriate to the type of class, as well as stretching at the end of class to help improve your flexibility. Our Fitness Instructors have taken and passed a local training class and/or are certified by nationally recognized organizations. These Instructors will lead you through safe and effective exercise programs designed to help you reach your health and fitness goals. They provide great motivation as well as monitor each participant’s form and movements for safety. The group setting also allows you to meet other individuals trying to reach the same goals. |
