Group Fitness brings a different kind of aspect to exercise. If you have never taken a Group Fitness class before, we encourage you to find one that interests you. The group setting allows you to meet other individuals reaching for similar fitness goals.
We offer several types of cardiovascular classes, strength training classes, and mind/body classes. Each class offers a warm-up, workout portion appropiate to the type of cass, and a stretching segment at the end of class to help improve your flexibility.
