The Fitness Division is committed to providing a variety of wellness services to help the Texas A&M-Commerce community achieve their health and fitness goals. These wellness services include both individualized programs and group fitness activities that specifically concentrate on improving both mind and body.
 
 
 
 

The individualized programs include personal training, fitness assessments, and wellness seminars/clinics. The group programs include various group fitness classes such as yoga, kickboxing, step & floor aerobics, belly dancing, hip hop, boxing and X-Bike.

 
     
 

The majority of the Fitness activities take place in the Morris Recreation Center’s Fitness Zone (cardiovascular machines and weight training equipment), Activity Room (group fitness area), and Track (3-lane track which also includes an area for X-Bikes).
