Scholarships

The Department offers several scholarships every year to incoming and continuing students. Qualified students may gain invaluable hands-on experience through an internship in a government or law office or a political campaign.

The scholarships for outstanding incoming students include a grant of $500.00 toward tuition and fees as well as a $1000.00 allowance towards university housing. Thus, the total value of the award will be $3,000. Depending on performance, the scholarship may be renewed for a second year.
