Single Sign On / HR Connect

Monthly employees are paid on the first working day of each month.

NEW!   Effective February 1, 2010, pay stubs will no longer be distributed in paper form to those employees who have direct deposit.  Employees can view their pay stub electronically in HRConnect at https://sso.tamus.edu/Logon.aspx

NEW!   W-2 Wage and Tax Statements will be sent electronically (if selected) or by mail prior to January 31, 2010.  If you have changed your mailing address recently, please update HRConnect or contact the Human Resources Office.

1.    https://sso.tamus.edu/Logon.aspx

2.    Select HR Connect from the menu

3.    Select the Payroll Data tab above your name

4.    Scroll to the bottom of the page and Click to Edit On-line W-2 Information

5.    Select On-line Form W-2 and Submit
