HORN STUDIO

Tristan Downs – is a Freshman Music Education Major from Poteet high School in Mesquite, Texas.  Tristan plays a silver Conn 8D with a Giardinelli C8 mouthpiece.  He is a member of the Marching Band and the Symphonic Band.

Lindsey Haisler – Lindsey is a Sophomore Music Education Major from Ansbach, Germany.  She plays a Holton 279 with a Giardinelli C10 mouthpiece.  She is a member of the Marching Band and Principal Horn of the Symphonic Band.

Mathew Haislip–Matt is a Junior Music Education Major from North Lamar High School in Paris, Texas.  Matt plays a rose brass Conn 8D with a Giardinelli C8 mouthpiece.  He is a member of the marching Band and Principal Horn of  the Wind Ensemble.

Tonda King – Tonda is a Sophomore Music Education Major from Pflugerville High School in Pflugerville, Texas.  Tonda plays a rose brass Conn 8D with a Giardinelli C8 mouthpiece.  She is a member of the Marching Band and  the Symphonic Band.

A.J. Meals – A.J. is a Junior Music Education Major  from Whitesboro High School in Whitesboro, Texas.  A former member of the Texas ATSSB All-State Band, A.J. plays a Holton 281 with a Giardinelli C10 mouthpiece.  He is a member of the Marching Band and the Wind Ensemble.

Jimmy Perez – Jimmy is a Junior Music Education Major from Hanna High School in Brownsville, Texas where he was twice a member of the TMEA All-State Band.  Jimmy plays a Yamaha 667 with a Moosewood C8 mouthpiece.  He is a member of the Marching Band and the Wind Ensemble.

Kevin Pierce – Kevin is a Senior Music Education Major from Robert E. Lee High School in Tyler, Texas.  Kevin plays a Holton H177 with a Giardinelli C8 mouthpiece. He is a member of the Wind Ensemble and the University Chorale.

Brady Potter – Brady is a Sophomore Music Education Major from L.D. Bell High School in Hurst, Texas.  Brady plays a Holton 179 with a Giardinelli C8 mouthpiece.  He is a member of the Marching Band and the Symphonic Band.

Justin Wallis – Justin is a Junior Music Education major from Whitesboro High School in Whitesboro, Texas.  Justin plays a Holton 379 with a Giardinelli C8 mouthpiece.  He is Co-Drum Major of the Marching Band and a member of the Wind Ensemble

Kristen Young – Kristen is a Junior Health Education major from Charlotte high School in Charlotte, Texas.  Kristen was twice a member of the ATSSB All-State Band.  She plays a Holton “Tuckwell” model with a Giardinelli C10 mouthpiece.  She is a member of the Marching Band and the Symphonic Band.
