All alochol must be scheduled through the MSC Scheduling Office
and then forward for approval through the Provost Office.
..:: Permission to Advertise On Campus ::..
All departments and student organizations wishing to advertise
on campus must have materials stamped for approval before posting
on campus (remember to have original stamped before making duplicate
copies). If the advertisement is not stamped before posting
in buildings on campus the University Maintenance Department
will remove the fliers, posters, etc., and materials will be
discarded. Advertisements may be posted only on bulletin boards.
Materials may be approved and stamped at the Candy Corner in
the Memorial Student Center from 8 a.m.-10 p.m., Monday through
Saturday, and 1a.m.-9 p.m. on Sunday.
..:: University Socials and Dances::..
Any University recognized student organization scheduling special
social functions must receive approval through the University
Police Department and their advisors.Police Department will
assign officers accordingly. This must be scheduled 7 days before
the event.
..:: Permission to Sell On Campus ::..
All departments, students, and student organizations wishing
to sell on campus must have approval through the Office of the
Assistant Director in the Memorial Student Center for permission
to solicit. The departments, students, and student organizations
must obtain a Permission to Sell form which must be signed by
both the student representative and faculty sponsor. All solicitation
requests must meet the guidelines within the Solicitation Policy.
Upon conflict, the Solicitation Committee will be sent copies
of the request and will vote upon the matter. The departments,
students, or student organizations will be notified of the committee's
decision.
