All events involving food service in the Sam Rayburn Student Center
are contingent upon the availability of space in the Sam Rayburn Student Center and are therefore scheduled through the Assistant
Director as with any other type of event.
All food service on campus must be catered through
Sodexho
Dining Services, (903)468-4890. Specific menus
and prices for the event planned are available upon request
in the Sodexho office located on the ground floor of the Sam Rayburn Student Center.
An Alcohol Request form must be completed and approved prior
to the scheduling of alcohol services for all events held on
campus. Alcohol Request forms may be obtained from the Office
of the Assistant Director in the Sam Rayburn Student Center.
The Assistant Director does not arrange food service for the
event. This must be done by the sponsoring organization with
Sodexho Dining Services. Due to the crowded conditions in the
cafeteria during the noon hour, large groups desiring to utilize
the cafeteria and/or special services for food service must
coordinate their dining schedule with the Assistant Director
and the Food Services Manager.
