PHOTOGRAPHIC SERVICES

The Texas A&M University-Commerce Marketing Communications maintains a Photographic Service for the purpose of providing photographic materials to accompany news releases and to be used in official University publications.

Any office or employee of the University desiring photographs for news or publication purposes will request photographic service no less than 72 hours in advance of the occasion for which photographic service is required.

Marketing Communications will determine the suitability of photographic material for dissemination to the news media. The Office of Publications will determine the suitability of photographic material for inclusion in official University publications.

Photographic services are provided to other offices and departments if such services do not conflict with the basic purpose of the Photographic Service as set forth in paragraph one. For photographic prints, charges will be levied in accordance with rates listed below. Services to other departments or offices outside of regular office hours will be at the discretion of the Director of News Service. Staff is not authorized to accept photographic assignments for personal use of faculty and staff members.

We have a collection of stock photos of A&M-Commerce's campus, faculty, staff, students, groups and sporting events. These photos are available for limited web use (on university web pages only) or for purchase.

To order prints please visit our office in person. Payment must be received at the time ordered.
