Collections – Microforms

Microforms are photographic reproductions of printed material which are issued in a reduced format. The Gee library microforms collection includes microfiche, microfilm, ultrafiche and microcard. Each format requires its own reading/printing equipment. Copies can be made of all formats.

The microforms collection is on the 2nd floor.

Equipment

Readers are provided for all formats. Copies can be made from microfiche, microfilm, ultrafiche and microcard. The cost is 10 cents per page and any copying will be done by the microforms personnel.

Collection

A selective tour of the collection: newspapers and periodicals on microfilm, microfiche, ERIC documents, University of Oregon Health Physical Education series on microfiche, Library of Civilization series on ultrafiche, APS series I,II,III on microfilm, Early English books on film, TAMU-C dissertations on film, Presidential papers series on film, Early American Newspapers on microcard.

Copies

Please fill out a Microforms Request form (Acrobat Reader required) and take it to the Microforms office.
