Collections
James G. Gee Library at Texas A&M University – Commerce contains a collection of approximately 1,035,825 items. These items cover a wide range of formats and a much wider spectrum of subject matter.
The "Main Stacks" are located on the east side of Gee Library and contain the items that have been cataloged using the Library of Congress call number system. The call number ranges, by floor, are listed below.

Gee Library at Texas A&M University – Commerce also houses four other collections in addition to the main collection. These collections are the Curriculum Library, Government Documents, Microforms, and Special Collections. Full details on each of these collections can be found by using the links provided on the left-hand side of this page.
Gee Library is in the process of building its Digital Collections Library. This collection is comprised of electronic items (interviews, photographs, documents) that are of significant historical value. Be sure to check this collection regularly for new additions.
