1	How would you rate your experience using two-way interactive video technology this semester?

		Not Satisfied - Major problems, quality of instruction suffered because of the technology.
		Somewhat dissatisfied - Many problems.
		Satisfied- Minor problems--but they were resolved quickly and to my satisfaction.
		Very Satisfied- Few problems and they were resolved quickly and did not reoccur.
		Extremely Satisfied- No problems.
