Media Services
Media Services offers a variety of services for faculty, students and staff. This facility provides media such as dvds, video tapes, cds and cd roms, as well as the necessary equipment for classroom audio/visual presentations.

All media and equipment should be requested through the Media Services office. Media holdings may be found on the Lion System, as well as catalogues located in the Media Services office. Office staff are available for consultations.
VIEWING CENTER
Materials may be viewed in AG/IT 221A. Faculty may place materials on reserve for student use. Office hours are 8:00 a.m.—12:00 p.m. and 1:00 p.m.—5:00 p.m., Monday through Friday. Arrangements may be made for after hour viewing.
MEDIA AND EQUIPMENT POLICIES
Requests for the scheduling of media and equipment should be placed no later than 12:00 (noon) on the day preceding its planned use. Advance bookings are accepted for the semester. All requests are filled on a first come, first serve basis. Media items to be used at our off campus sites, need to be scheduled to allow ample time for delivery.
MEDIA PURCHASES
Purchasing requests of media materials, for classroom use, such as dvds, videos, cds, etc., should be made directly to Anna Beth Arnold. Each request will be considered on a case by case basis.
All media purchased or partially purchased with Media Services’ funds will be used for all off campus sites as well as the home campus of Texas A&M University-Commerce. Media items may not be placed permanently in any one department.

Delivery and setup, on campus, of all media and equipment is handled by the Media Services office. Broken and malfunctioning equipment, bulb replacement and missing equipment should be reported to this office. Additionally, Media Services will copy video tapes as long as copyright laws are not violated.
EQUIPMENT DELIVERY
Scheduled equipment and media items will be delivered to your classroom or department office. Please do not move items from the classroom in which they are scheduled. If you find it necessary to move equipment, please call and let us know the new location.
