Monday, October 26, 2009	2nd Year Probationary Faculty (First Voting) Provost Office distributes tenure advisory forms for 2nd year probationary faculty to Department Head and respective Deans.

Monday, November 09, 2009	2nd Year Probationary Faculty (First Voting) Department Heads submit tenure advisory forms for 2nd year probationary faculty to respective Deans.

Tuesday, November 17, 2009	2nd Year Probationary Faculty (First Voting) Deans forward tenure advisory forms for 2nd year probationary faculty to the Provost Office. Deans council will review on Nov 24

Tuesday, December 01, 2009	2nd Year Probationary Faculty (First Voting) President sends notice of non-reappointment to 2nd year probationary faculty (by TAMUS policy this notice is due no later than December 15)

Friday, January 29, 2010	2nd Year Probationary Faculty (Second Voting) Department Heads to submit tenure advisory forms, vitae, and recommendations for 2nd year probationary to respective Dean
