Responsible for:  Employee and retiree health  insurance and incorrectly filed claims, Medicare and secondary insurance, Evidence of Insurability forms, death claims and Long Term Disability, Employee rights regarding the COBRA plan and creates bills and collects premiums for retirees and employees on leave.  Serves as the university Teacher Retirement System (TRS) and Optional Retirement Program (ORP) reporting official
