Resident Assistant Application Information

Application Materials:

A complete application includes the application form and three Reference Forms (one in each the following categories: Faculty/Staff, Other (employer), a Resident Assistant).

Position Requirements:

• Cumulative GPA of 2.5 at the time of application.
• Sophomores at time employment begins.
• You must be in good academic and disciplinary standing.
• A full semester of residence hall living at time employment begins.
• Enrollment as a full-time student (12 hours) during the employment period.

Selection Process:

NOTE: Not every applicant will be granted an interview. If granted an interview, you will be notified by email (please use your Leo email account)

Candidates will participate in an interview process. Each candidate will interview with an interview team that will consist of a Hall Director and 2 current Resident Assistants.

Candidates are required to attend to be considered for an RA position.
