Staff Contact Procedures (Who You Gonna Call?)

If a situation arises that you are unable to handle effectively on your own you may call another RA for back-up.  If you need further assistance you may call the Hall Director on duty (schedule provided)

If you feel you need to call the University Police Department (UPD) please call the HD on duty first unless it falls in one of the exceptions listed below.  In the event of an emergency of the following please call UPD (x5868) first and then the HD on call.

Fire or Smoke
Bodily Injury
Threat of Violence
Suspicion of drug use

If an emergency maintenance problem arises please call the HD on duty for guidance.  If it is an extreme case of a flood please call UPD immediately and then the Hall Director on duty.

Hall Directors have other resources they can call for such as counseling services.  Please contact the HD on duty if you feel this service is needed.
