Ways to Give
There are many different ways to support the exceptional teaching and learning opportunities at A&M-Commerce. Your gift can make the difference in a promising student’s ability to realize his or her dreams; support the innovative work of a distinguished faculty scholar; build or equip a research program or facility; or launch a vital community initiative.

American Express
Payment by American Express is now accepted.
Gifts of Cash
Gifts of cash (or checks) have an immediate impact on meeting students’ needs, enhancing a program, establishing or increasing an endowment, or wherever most needed. All checks should be made payable to the Texas A&M University-Commerce Foundation.
Gifts by Bank Draft
This method of payment is a debit system, which spreads your gift over a time period by arranging for an automatic withdrawal from your checking account once each month. After the initiation of your gift, you will receive confirmation of the monthly withdrawal through a notation on your bank statement. To make arrangements, contact the Advancement Services Office, Paula Elliott.
Non-cash or Gifts in Kind
We accept a wide range of gifts of special interest, including equipment, works of art, rare books and manuscripts, agricultural gifts, and other items. To determine the University’s interest or need, please contact the Office for Advancement, Glenda Anderson.
Matching Employer Gifts
Many corporations have demonstrated their support for A&M-Commerce by matching or multiplying their current or retired employees’ gifts. Consult your company’s human resources office for details about how to match your gift or contact our office and we will assist you.
Planned Gifts
You can donate a life insurance policy to the Texas A&M University-Commerce Foundation or simply name us as the beneficiary. Please refer to our Planned Giving Guide.
Bequests
Leave your legacy by making a gift in your will. Please refer to our Planned Giving Guide.
Real Estate
When you give a gift of home or real property to A&M-Commerce, you may claim an income-tax charitable deduction (to the degree allowed by law) based on the full market value of the gift, avoid capital gains taxes, and eliminate certain costs associated with the transfer of real property. All gifts of real estate must be approved by the A&M System Real Estate Office.
Payroll Deduction for A&M-Commerce Faculty and Staff
If you are an employee of the university, you can give become a member of the “Bridge Builders” and give back to the university conveniently and easily by completing a payroll deduction form through Alicia Wittkopf.
