Master's in Training and Development

Training and Development prepares individuals to work as program developers, teachers, and trainers in formal and informal settings such as educational institutions, business and industry, community agencies, health care organizations, and continuing and professional education. Students will learn to analyze training needs as well as design, deliver, and evaluate training programs.
