Master of Science in Management:
Mission
The Mission of the MS Management Program is to provide graduate studies in Management for students interested in a management career in a variety of profit and not-for-profit organizations as well as for students who wish to pursue additional graduate programs. The MS in Management Program offers students from Business and non-Business backgrounds an opportunity to develop management and leadership skills appropriate for all kinds of organizations.
The Master of Science in Management (MS-Mgt) Program offers students from business and non-business backgrounds an opportunity to develop management and leadership skills appropriate for all kinds of organizations. Students complete 30-39 hours of graduate coursework, depending on their backgrounds.
Admission Requirements
Program Format
Thirty-nine hours of graduate credit are required for students without undergraduate preparation in management. However, students with appropriate previous coursework may be able to waive one or all of the foundation courses (prior coursework will be evaluated by the Graduate Coordinator). NOTE: A minimum of six management courses (includes BA 595) must be taken to qualify for the degree.
