A&M-Commerce To Offer M.B.A. At Bosnian University

COMMERCE, Texas -- Texas A&M University-Commerce and the International University of Sarajevo have signed a partnership to provide an M.B.A. program in Bosnia for fall 2009.

This partnership will provide the Sarajevo Graduate School of Business with a fifth M.B.A. cohort, build on its legacy of offering the highest quality program, and allow SGSB to maintain its position as the only AACSB-accredited program in the region.

"We are grateful to Dr. Dan Jones and Dr. Gary Peer, as well as our Bosnian counterpart at IUS, for their assistance setting up this remarkable program," said Dr. Hal Langford, dean of the College of Business and Technology.

The program, which began accepting applications April 15, expects approximately 30 students to enroll for the fall 2009 semester. This 11-month graduate program will include 10 classes taught by world-class professors from both universities. Graduates will receive degrees from both A&M-Commerce, and IUS.
