A Good Fit

A&M-Commerce helps ease the transition for freshman with Mayo College, a small college-within-a-college environmental similar to that of a small liberal arts campus. Students live, study and learn together-developing lasting friendships with both classmates and faculty.

Transfer students find their niche on campus in one of the many student organizations, including the award-winning Phi Theta Kappa Honor Society alumni association. Also popular among transfer students are the New Pride Apartments, a community where students reside in furnished apartments completed with high-speed Internet connections, a clubhouse, and an outdoor gathering area.
