 Mission Statement

As part of Texas A&M University-Commerce Financial Services Office, Accounts Payable serves as a support function to the University’s mission to provide the services necessary for fiscal management by maintaining standards of quality consistent with the needs and wishes of students, faculty, staff, A&M system, and Regents.  The primary mission of Accounts Payable is to provide for the timely and accurate expenditure of University funds and recording of those expenditures in a manner consistent with University guidelines and other regulations.
