Required Documents
Before we can process a file for Federal financial aid, we must assure that all required and relevant information is present. To assure this, we check for the following items for documentation:
- FAFSA or ISIR (Institutional Student Information
Report)
- Entrance Interview (if applicable)
- Verification form (if applicable)
- Income Tax Return (if applicable)
All files must also be checked for general eligibility and satisfactory academic progress.
Once all information is complete, the file will be processed according to established federal guidelines. To assure we have received all required documentation, a student may visit us on the WWW using our WEBTRAX system or call (903) 886-5001 to access individual student information.
