On the File menu, select Folder, then Choose New |

Click on Local Folders, and type Filter as Spam in the Folder name Field |
On the Tools menu, select Message Rules, then choose Mail... |

When the New Mail Rule window appears, select the condition: Where the Subject line contains specific words. Then choose the Action: Move it to a specified folder . It should now look like the screen shot below. Next click on the link contains specific words. It is highlighted on the screen shot to the left. |
Enter the phrase TAMUC Spam Advisory in the top field and click the Add button. Click the OK button at the bottom of the Search Text Window. |

Now the window should look like the screens shot below. Now choose the specified folder link. It is highlighted on the screens to the left. |
Now click on the folder Filter as Spam, then click the OK button. |

At the bottom where it says Name of rule:, type TAMUC Spam. Then click the OK button. |
