Microsoft Campus Agreement - User Acceptance Form

Faculty/Staff Users Acceptance Form

This software is made available to you because Texas A&M University-Commerce has purchased the Microsoft Campus Agreement.  Texas A&M University-Commerce is extending to you the right to use the software for school-related purposes at home.  You do not own the license or the CDs, rather you are leasing the license and CDs from Texas A&M University-Commerce for the term of the agreement.  You will be required to remove the software from your home machine if the Campus Agreement is not renewed by Texas A&M University-Commerce or if you leave the school.  Graduate assistants, temporary employees, persons with fellowships, visiting scholars, adjunct professors, visiting instructors/professors, student employees (both undergraduate and graduate), independent contractors, outside paid consultants, widows and widowers of Texas A&M University-Commerce employees, retirees and employees not included in the Full-Time Equivalent calculation when the Campus Agreement was signed are excluded from the Work at Home Use Rights.  You are not licensed to use the software at home for personal purposes.

q       I understand that no technical support is provided by Microsoft through Texas A&M University-Commerce in association with my work-at-home use.

q       I understand the minimum specifications to run the Software as listed at http://www.microsoft.com/catalog/default.asp?subid=22.

q       I will remove the Software from my home machine immediately upon the earlier of (a) any event which causes me no longer to be a faculty or staff member or employee of the institution for any reason or (b) expiration of the Campus Agreement Subscription term.

q       I understand that I am not licensed to use the Software for personal purposes.
