Microsoft Campus Agreement

The Microsoft Campus Agreement (MSCA) is an annual contract negotiated by A&M-Commerce that licenses selected Microsoft products for use on all University owned or leased computers on the Commerce, Mesquite, Navarro and University Center at Dallas campuses.

University Administration is funding the cost of the license leasing program for one (1) year with an option to renew. Under the terms of the agreement, the University may install any version of several Microsoft products on University owned or leased computers without any additional license expense to the University or the departments.
